Don’t let this happen to you…

Basement Fishing would be fine if that were the worst that could happen. Unsanitary conditions caused by a failing septic system endanger the health of your family and pets; damage personal property, and cause harm to the environment.

What can happen: Overflowing tanks spill sewage on the ground. Failed drain fields leave puddles of sludge in your yard. Backed up toilets and sinks create horrible conditions in your home.

Septic System Protection Program

 1.  What is the Septic System Protection Program?

The Septic System Protection Program is an annual maintenance and inspection program offered exclusively by Clearwater Septic & Sewer Resources.  The program is designed to save the homeowner costs associated with septic system failures, blockages, and poor maintenance.

 2.  What maintenance is included in the monthly cost?

Annual : 14 point system Inspection
Clearing of  any blockages or restrictions in inlet or outlet pipes or baffles.

Monthly: Septic system enzyme treatment. (Supplied to the homeowner)

Once every 3 years: Septic Tank Cleaning & Disposal (No additional Charge)
Septic Tank Cleaning is automatically scheduled after completion of 36 continuous months of membership in the Septic System Protection Program.

3.  What about emergencies, or clogged pipes?
There are no additional costs for clearing a clogged pipe. We do not add additional charges to Emergency Services for our Septic System Protection Program Customers.

4.  What if my septic tank needs cleaning before the 3rd year?
Septic System Protection Program Customers pay a reduced price for all of our septic maintenance and repair services.  The cost  for pumping your septic tank  before the scheduled maintenance will be approximately 50% of the current cost of a septic tank cleaning if you were not a program member.

5.  How else do I save money?
In addition to the cost of Emergency Services, reduced repair and maintenance costs, homeowners are also saving money by protecting their home and personal property from system backups which can flood a basement or crawl space and cause severe property damage.

By performing regularly scheduled maintenance on your septic system you will also avoid the high cost of replacing a failed drainage area. Depending on the property and the required design of the system, a new drainage area can cost tens of thousands of dollars.

6.  So what does it cost?
Oh yes! We are glad you asked.  The Septic System Protection Program costs only $15.00 per month, or approximately 50 cents per day. Won’t you be glad you signed up today?
